Problems Downloading?
Our site is pretty robust, and we try to make getting your hands on your bonus material as easy and hassle-free as possible - but sometimes readers do encounter problems.
Normally these are easily fixed and the reader is able to get their download.
If you have trouble getting your downloadable bonus content then try these things before contacting us. It will be quicker and easier for you, rather than waiting to get a reply!
1) Clear your browser cache and try again (this fixes 99% of problems!)
2) Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc)
3) If you've tried typing in the URL shown in the book then double check the spelling. You need to make sure the URL/address is exactly as shown in the book!
4) If you typed the URL into your browser, then instead try using the links and buttons further up this page to access the bonus material pages
5) If you signed up for the bonus material but did not get your confiramation email - check all your email folders in your email software (spam, promotions, social -all of them- it's most likely there somewhere!)
These things fix the vast majority of problems we hear readers encountering - so make sure to try them first.
